Dunning Toyota

I started at Dunning Toyota in September of 1995. This, by far, was the fastest pace I have experience in the work place. Survival in this environment requires extensive training and a high work ethic. The "Kaizan" philosophy of continuous improvement became contagious. This was ingrained into my ethos as a employee that needed to survive in a high competitive environment. The "Dunning Difference" is all about customer satisfaction. This sets the company apart and shows in being the highest in the state in volume of sales and number one in service satisfaction. Each individual works in sync as a team player to make a difference in each customer that comes through the door. In my time at the company, I have been able to achieve one of the top four sales consultants. This has come through training, focus, and the ability to adapt and multitask in a high paced environment.
