Westside Vineyard

My most recent experience has been at the Westside Vineyard in Los Angeles, California. My responsibilites have been to develop programs that will help families to greater health and adjustment in a busy high stress environment. Also, I have been working to develop organizational systems and processes that keep kids safe by providing a screening process of new volunteers. I have also been able to provide training and vision for the three directors that work with me to help run the logistics of the program that has a volunteer staff of over 65 people. Also during my time here, I have gained new passion, skill, and vision to see the artistic community use their uniqueness in a way that brings growth and new flavor to the church environment.
